Terms of Use
Draft for the early alpha — still to be reviewed before public launch.
Version 2026-10-03. These terms are between you and Miguel19877, who runs Toybox Takedown. By making an account or playing online you agree to them.
It's an early alpha
The game is free and unfinished. Things will break, change or disappear. Ratings, levels and other progress may be reset while we work on it. The game and the service are provided "as is", without promises that they'll be available, error-free or fit for any purpose, as far as the law allows.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 (and have a parent's consent where your country requires it).
- One person per account. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
- Use a real email address you can read — it's how you get back in if you forget your password.
- You can delete your account at any time on My account.
Play fair
Don't:
- cheat — modified clients, aim or wall hacks, exploiting bugs on purpose, or tampering with game traffic;
- harass, threaten or abuse other players, or pick a username that does;
- attack, overload or try to break into the servers or other players' accounts;
- sell, trade or share accounts, or boost someone else's rating.
If you do, we can suspend or close your account. We'll tell you why when we can, and you can write to us if you think we got it wrong.
The game is ours
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to download and play the game. Please don't copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it to cheat or to run unofficial servers. Bundled third-party content (fonts, sound effects) stays under its own licences, listed with the game.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost progress, or anything caused by events outside our control. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by contract.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms; for changes that matter we'll tell you in the game or on this site before they apply. We may end the alpha or the service, in which case accounts and their data are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of [country — to be filled in], without taking away protections your own country's consumer law gives you. Questions: miguel@19877.tech.
